How long does creation take?
You'll receive the preview (cover + 2–3 pages) in a few minutes. After your approval, the full book is completed in about 24–48 hours. The hardcover is shipped within 10–14 days.
What do I get?
A personalized book with 24 pages plus 10 bedtime stories – every page with your child at the center. Depending on the product: e-book for download, premium hardcover, or both in a bundle. Optional: videos, posters, coloring pages and more.
Can I see a preview before buying?
Yes! The cover is free to view before you pay. After purchase you receive a full preview (cover + all pages) to review. The book is only finalized after your explicit approval.
Can I change texts and images?
Yes. Before approval you can use our edit feature to adjust texts and regenerate individual images. You stay in full control – you only approve when you're happy.
What happens after my approval?
We produce your book: e-books are available for download immediately. Hardcovers are printed and shipped within 10–14 days. You'll receive a confirmation and tracking for physical orders.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to 26 countries – including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, EU and other European countries. The full list is in checkout.
Is the book personalized or generic?
Fully personalized: name, appearance (hair color, skin tone, etc.) and the chosen occasion are incorporated into the story. Your child is the hero of the story.
What if I don't like the book?
You can request changes to text and images before approval. If you're not satisfied with the preview, you can cancel without charge. After approval our refund and return terms apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) plus SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay – securely via Stripe.
Are my photos stored?
Your photos are used solely for creating the book and are deleted or anonymized after the order is completed in line with our privacy policy. We do not share them with third parties.
